The only thing better than eating a gourmet dinner…is sharing it with FRIENDS. And tonight we were invited for a dinner in the home of our good friends Tom and George. And they included their friend Sarah (now our newest friend!). What a WONDERFUL evening we shared!
Our evening started with drinks and appetizers on the screened in patio…a beautiful setting for a visit on a warm Florida evening. From the Irish Derby cheddar cheese, to a platter overflowing with shrimp, it was a great start to our evening.
Tom is an EXCELLENT cook, and his hand picked beef fillets were cooked to perfection in his convection oven.

I took my Key Lime Pie for dessert…but the sweetest part of the night was the friendship we all share…
