How many times have you put hamburger patties on the grill or in a skillet. You LOVE the way they look when you begin to cook them…but as the burgers cook, the center puffs up. And by the time the burgers are done, they look more like a tennis ball than a hamburger…?
Here is A HELPFUL HINT/COOKING TIP to prevent hamburgers from getting that “hump” in the middle…
When you place the burgers in the pan or on the grill…use your thumb to make a DEEP depression directly in the center of the burgers.
Your finished burgers should then look like this…
