A dear friend of mine in San Diego sent me this recipe…and I can tell I’m going to LOVE it just by reading the ingredients! I hope to make this for a Christmas dinner appetizer.
BLOODY MARY SHOOTERS
cooked shrimp cut in thirds
1/2 cup celery-diced
1 bunch of scallions,sliced thinly
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vodka(can use more if desired)
2 Tablespoons bottled horseradish
1 Tsp. worcestershire
1/2 tsp. tabasco
salt and pepper to taste
Mix liquid ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve. Add shrimp, celery and scallions. Place on spoons or in very small glasses.
