How about a lesson in cooking from our then-FOUR year old granddaughter Emma! (Full disclosure…she just turned five last week!) She and her sister Laney are EXCELLENT sous chefs. In fact, Emma wants me to wait for her to grow up so we can open our own restaurant! She says we’ll call it “The Mishler Girls Restaurant”. Oh…how I wish I could put MY age in a “holding pattern” and wait for her to grow…It is a JOY to cook with grandkids!!!
First, dump 3 1/2 cups flour on counter |
Make a “well” in the center |
Here we are making ravioli from scratch! And pictures speak louder than words…
Break 4 eggs into “well” |
Fill the rolled out pasta with filling |
Don’t overfill! |
Add top dough and pinch tight |
Be PROUD of your success! |
Serve with Alfredo sauce |
