Sometimes a plain baked potato just won’t cut it…So I invented a crunchy outer coating to add tons of flavor and “sass” to a simple old spud!
COMBINE AND SET ASIDE:
Garlic Power
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Dried Parsley
Salt and Pepper
Scrub and dry baking potatoes and pierce them with a knife so they won’t explode while baking. Then drop them into a large bowl. Drizzle them with a small amount of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle the potatoes with the cheese and garlic mixture, and make sure the cheese coating covers and sticks to the entire potato. Arrange on parchment paper on a rimmed sheet pan. Bake at 375-400 degrees until done.
So…the next time a boring old baked potato just won’t do…
Turn them into a new side dish that will wake up the taste buds of everyone at the table!
