You came, you saw, you drooled. Drumroll please…..here are my top 10 dessert recipes of 2015! These are the recipes you, dearest readers, loved the most:
1. Chocolate Waffle Iron Cookies
These cookies take so little time to make and even less time to disappear. They taste like moist, delicious chocolate cake. There’s nothing bad about that. Nothing at all.
My old-fashioned recipe tastes like autumn on a plate…but it’s still perfect enough for any time of the year.
3. Joyce’s Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies
After just one bite, there is just one thing to say. Pass the milk!
When I was a child, this dessert was my big reward for spending a day in the strawberry patch. (My Mom knew how to motivate me!)
Another old standby from my Mom’s worn and tattered recipe file. (And it’s still a keeper.)
These ooey-gooey brownies actually start from a box! (But you don’t have to tell.)
7. Apple and Blackberry Crostata
This dessert looks like you spent all day in the kitchen. But trust me…you won’t!
This is comfort food in a bowl – a delicious rice dish that is worth the effort.
I made a deal with Peepaw. If he picked the cherries…I would make pie! (I think he was happy with that arrangement.)
I created this recipe to use up some “Good For You” ingredients in my pantry. (I think you’ll love them as much as I do!)
